Milan is the Founder and President of Union3Studio.  He brings over 20 years of architectural experience and award winning projects in the residential, public building, and commercial sectors.  Milan also pursues real estate development of affordable and market-rate housing as well as adaptive reuse of urban mixed use type projects.  His expertise and training in design and architecture combined with his experience in real estate development provides a unique skill set for his clients.  Growing up in the hotel and hospitality industry, Milan learned early the value of great design as it relates to the end user, and focuses on thoughtful and impactful spaces for sustainable development.

Milan received his B.S in Architecture and Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland including studying abroad in Rome.  Before founding Union3Studio, he worked and completed projects in Washington D.C. and surrounding areas where he worked in a wide range of projects including federal and county government clients, non-profits, and private developers.  He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a LEED Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
