RESIDENTIAL + MIXED USE

Union3Studio is known in several regional markets for delivering quality residential and mixed use projects.  Our projects range from market rate housing, affordable housing, senior and assisted living, and student housing.  We are value new urbanism concepts and strive on creating communities that promote walkability whether they are in a suburban context or a downtown urban infill.   Occasionally, we develop our own housing project when and use our own guiding principles in developing long term sustainable projects.  The firm has a history of collaborating with cities, developers, institutions, and other stakeholders to create solutions for people live, work and play.
