For about 100 years, this building has been operating as a three generation family owned car dealership and was named for it’s most famous car, the Bel Air Cadillac.  The owner took over the then abandoned building to be transformed into an art and cultural destination in the heart of downtown.  It was designed to accommodate artists of any type by providing private artist studios, collaboration areas and galleries.  The sustainable design incorporated many of the unique features of the existing building, by converting the original showroom into a gallery and the original service entry door and service became a yoga studio.  Small and large artist studios, 2 main galleries, meeting rooms, yoga studio, metal and woodworking shop, dance studios, music studios and lounges were all part of the design.
