8 custom designed contemporary townhomes were were financed, developed and constructed.   Union3Studio and it’s sister company MF Square, purchased 8 townhome lots and designed townhomes to accommodate the modern live/work/play families.  An open floor plan oriented to maximize natural light and create flexible use spaces was used to create 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + a flex space to be used as a home office or play room.  A double height foyer and continuous wood flooring were used throughout the main level.
