15 apartment units, comprised of three unique apartment buildings were financed, developed and renovated.   We worked with the City of Rocky Mount in a public-private partnership to bring affordable housing to an area where quality housing was in short supply.  Central air and heat, granite countertops, energy efficient plumbing and lighting fixtures were used to bring utility costs down for the tenants.  New roof, parking, paint and repairs were made to the exterior.
