As our name describes, Union3Studio joins three services into an interdisciplinary comprehensive practice that offers full Architectural Services, Real Estate Development Services, and Management Services.  We are based in Research Triangle region in North Carolina, and we practice primarily in North Carolina, Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania as well as partner projects across the county.   We are architects by training, and with experience in real estate development and self-management of our own projects, we uniquely understand the challenges and risk involved in achieving a successful project.

From initial concepts to interiors, renovations to full building design, we help our clients transform their properties into the best use of their space. No project is the same, and no solution will be either. We do more than provide a project that is “on time and on budget”. We follow our projects from initial concept to grand opening.
