Two adjacent 120 year old buildings are being converted into modern loft apartments above future commercial tenants.   Originally used as a pharmacy in the early part of the 20^th century and later becoming a music and electronics store, the building is the quintessential example of adaptive re-use.  The buildings are on Main Street which is on the National Historic Register and the exterior facades are being restored to their original design.
